Patient Rights and Price Transparency Notice
Effective September 1, 2025, in accordance with Texas House Bill 4224, our practice is committed to providing clear and accessible information about your healthcare rights and the costs of our services.
Your Rights as a Patient
- You have the right to receive a written estimate of the costs for medical services prior to receiving care. You will receive this after completing the prospective patient information form (upper right corner) and receiving a tailored quote.
- You have the right to be informed of your rights as a patient in Texas.
- You have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate regulatory agency if you believe your rights have been violated.
Requesting a Cost Estimate
You may request an estimate of the costs for testing or consultation services by contacting our office at trish@kidsbrainllc.com or by submitting a request through our online form (look in the upper right corner of your screen to get started).
Price Transparency
A list of our standard charges for common services is available below:
